A lot of ppl live in the high 30's and name streets between s and t. Some ppl on ave t and a few between t and u.
Pretty much until a few blocks away from kings plaza.

I’d say the borders would be Flatbush Avenue to the east and between Avenue I and S/T. This is a good time to see on any given block how many frum families there are, based on holiday decorations.
People are also buying in Mill Basin I think.

To add to the above, people are also living on e. 59 and 58 between ave I and n... not that many but there are definitely some who moved in the past few years.
