Hi all. We are looking to relocate from Brooklyn, we want to buy a house and we are yeshivish but not typical (if that makes any sense-we are pretty machmir, go to shiurim...but also will see clean movies, internet...) and we can’t afford Brooklyn house prices. We also have a cat and a small dog.
We want a friendly and warm and accepting neighborhood where prices are still affordable ($600’s). I hear about inwood and Bayswater. Does anyone live there and can tell me about it?

I think you will be more comfortable having pets in bayswater. Contact Mordy dornbush he is the main realitor there. He has a big chat with all the latest bayswater housing.

I live in inwood and can only think of one person who has a dog. It’s a really really nice friendly community here but the housing is much to be desired....

Def not very yeshivish. There are two shuls. But yes the housing is terrible, I’ll second that. Small old expensive, need a lot of work. Yes pretty much all of them.
