Arches - take pool noodles and wrap tulle and flowers etc around it. Make sure to hide the noodle

how do you make the noodles bend and cover the color of the noodles ?spray paint

Hi I've done this. It was really time consuming though. Just fyi. Pool noodles with fake flowers and pins (I used colorful corsage/sewing pins) I really wanted to cover the noodles completely so it involves a lot of fake flowers.

I once saw a hula hoop cut and strung through the pool noodle to give it the arch shape.

You can cover the pool noodle anyway you want. Cover the whole thing in ribbon, spray paint the whole thing, etc.
You can hot glue the flowers on, or maybe use something even stronger since they're going shaken around...
