I used to log in and search for Consumer Reports articles through this link:

Now it tells me it cant authenticate my account.

I have an account in good standing.

How do I access Consumer Reports and other Magazines through the library website now?

Use their chat service; many libraries have it available 24/7 (staffed by them or an outside company)
