There's Andrew's (Catering by Andrew). You can call ahead.
Butcherie has frozen fancy cakes from NY.
Blacker's in Newton. If chalav stam is good enough, check out Stop & Shop in Brookline (or BJ's in Waltham if you have a car). A few other private caterers/bakers in the area.
