1. My special needs child came home and was able to (mostly) retell a story his teacher told him - with characters and the plot. It was garbled but I got enough to look it up and reserve it at the library without asking the teacher! Yay, speech therapy is working!

2. He had a playdate with a friend at the friend's house (with me, but still!)

3. We found a really good tutor for another child and she is happy to go!

4. I found some new books to read in the library and I haven't snuggled down with a book in forever and I'm really looking forward to some good reading!

5. I went out at night for PTA and my teenage son cleaned up the playroom and kitchen to surprise us!

Sometimes I am just so overwhelmed with fears and negativity and then I have to stop myself and think wow, I have a lot of good going for me. So thanks for this thread!

1) I had a really good PTA meeting for a child that I was really concerned about. Teacher was really happy.

2) I made supper last night that everyone liked and ate (and it was cheap.)

3) my 5 year old ran off the bus screaming "Mommy I had the BEST day today."

My 13 month old pointed to the Rabbi pictures we have on the wall and tells me "dadik, dadik" (tzaddik!!!)

I think this is her first word! DH drilled it into her quite well!

I finaaaaally found really pretty/cute/s-xy underwear-that is just as comfy as my ugly comfy ones-that DOESN'T GIVE ME WEDGIES! Now I can wear them and feel cute/pretty/s-xy all day long!!!
This makes me very very happy

Sure! The key is it has to be "boybrief" cut. Even the super lacy sheer ones fit super comfortably as long as the cut is boybrief.

I picked up my 5yr old today, as I do every day. As I was putting her into the car, she said, "Mommy, I'm so happy!!" I asked her why. She said, "I'm just happy," with a content smile on her face.

This is from a child with chronic health issues and quite a few limitations. My heart absolutely melted and I was tearing up the whole way home. I just can't love her enough!!

I just cam back from my senior group a eighty year old holocust survivor celebrated her birthday with a huge cake she and her husband had a good life with many grandchildren they looked like the happiest people in the room

DD, who is going to school in America, sent me a text that said "I really miss you mama. Heart

" It feels good to be loved, even from far away. I sometimes worry that she's growing up and getting so involved in her own life, that she'll drift away from me.

A lady came to my door yesterday, and handed me a blank white envelope. Wished me a good day, and left. There was 2,000 shekels in that envelope! I have absolutely no idea who sent it, but B'H it's here when I need it most.

Thank you Hashem for all the good you do for me every day! Very Happy
