Looking for a phone for DD that has nothing but calling, texting, ability to e-mail through her Yahoo e-mail address, and WhatsApp.

Any ideas how to go about getting this?

There’s a kosher smartphone like this with everything you want but no whatsapp. You can’t add any apps so if you absolutely need whatsapp then I think your only alternative is to get a regular smartphone and take it to TAG to have everything removed.
If you can live without whatsapp the kosher smartphone is great. They have it in a lot of phone stores in Boro Park.
