I want to set up the crock pot today with chicken and green bell peppers. That's the vegetable I need to use up. Any recipes that don't involve tomato sauce? Maybe a sesame oil type sauce or sweet and sour?

Season with smoked paprika, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and toss with olive oil. Breasts don't need more than 2-3 hours on low and should be eaten once lid has been opened.

I use BBQ sauce or duck sauce, with paprika and garlic powder and whatever veggies I have on hand.
