We made sheva brachot and have a lot of prepared tuna leftover. Any suggestions on what we can do with it? I was thinking tuna noodle casserole - tuna patties were already shouted down. Any recipes for that? or any other ideas?

Thanks!

Tuna-stuffed tomatoes. I would also be happy to have a recipe for tuna-noodle casserole. That was great as a kid but haven't had it in ages.

Use a tuna patty recipe for amounts of tuna vs breadcrumbs needed for binding (no eggs needed since you have the mayo eggs).
Use a falafel recipe for spice amounts.
Form into balls and fry like falafel. Stuff into warm pita along with your favorite falafel fixins.

Measure out tuna salad, about 2 cans worth. Skip the mayo because your salad already has it, but you can follow the rest of the recipe.

Pasta!

Cook up some elbow pasta. Add a bag of frozen veg mix: corn, carrot, pea, green beans. Add tuna, then Italian dressing. Lunch!

You can also cook up pasta, heat with shredded cheese, sliced green olives and tuna for a fancy tuna casserole.
