I'm looking for recommendations for online or mp3 Jewish stories for my kids (boys age 5 & 8) to listen to at bedtime. Someone once posted a great one of someone telling stories from Nach in different characters' voices, but I can't remember what it was. That, or any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

YouTube has lots of Rebbe Hill stories. If you are signed up for Shabbat.com, you can listen to all the Rabbi Jurvel parsha lectures. Enjoy!

heads up...rebbe hill is not so little-kid-firendly. talks about getting drunk, knocking someone over the head with a piece of lead, etc, etc...

Rabbi fisher schachter has great stories for boys this age. I purchased 2 MP3 disks with his stories. And he has a bunch of CDs also.
They would also like rabbi Juravel.

There is an app called jewishmusic.fm that has tons of stories for free. I have it on an ipad and my 9 year old loves to listen to them when he goes to bed.

I signed up for a Spotify trial subscription ($10 for 3 months) and my kids love these:
-The Golden Crown
-Rabbi Meyer Erps has a bunch of amazing stories (maybe 10?)
-Rabbi Yoel Ferber (Itzikel, Itzikel 2, Lessons Learned in Moscow, More Lessons Learned in Moscow)
-Shmuel Kunda (When Zaidy Was Young)
-Marvelous Middos Machine (3 CDs)
-MRM Masri (Chanuka story)
-More Stories My Zeidy Told Me
I'm sure there's more, that's what I remember offhand. There's also a ton of Jewish music.

When your kids get older, you must try mp3s by Rabbi Burstyn! Torah Tapes on mp3.
Wow! So so informative and what a story teller! Hundreds of hours of stories!
Bed time was so hard for me because I would just stay in their rooms to hear the stories! My girls listened from 3 years of age but they are girls... So when Sara Imeinu felt "the pains" and had a baby, I wasn't horrified. Some mothers are partial to that kind of language. (don't be. He deals in reality and my kids got a great education from his beautiful Torah stories. They talk about him til today. )
