I’m looking for a small hall/shul to cater Shabbos sheva brachos for about 45 people. I’m trying to keep the price down and looking for a caterer too. Also, the ideal location would be somewhere between ave j & ave s and between Nostrand & Ocean parkway. Thanks.

T fusion has a party room a few doors down...it’s stunning and very very reasonably priced. I feel like it’s the best kept secret out there.

I think that both the mentioned places are out of the area you designated.
There really are tons of places it may help if you narrow down places if you have tighter parameters. Budget?
What about Rabbi Geldwirth, the YIM, Rav Dovid Cohen’s shul?

Bais Yosef Novardok has a hall in the their basement that's supposed to be cheaper than many other shul halls, and it's smack in the middle of the area you're looking for (15th and N).

Agudah of Ave L downstairs is $900 for a shabbos, I think, and comes with a caterer that is dirt cheap. Ave L and Nostrand.
