Hi. I really need help getting off this laptop at a decent time of night. It's getting ridiculous.
How do I set my laptop, or at least my Internet connection, to turn off at a specific time?
My phone isn't as much of a problem, since I don't have a browser, Imamother, or too many other apps that could really be addictive.
My laptop is the problem.
Help!

If you have an internet filter, you can request such a setting. You can also request emails yes, but browser no after a certain time.
It's actually on my to-do list for the past year.
You can also check out https://offtime.app/index.php. I'm not sure its laptop compatible, but it may be. Or it can point you to s/t similar which may be.

I e-mailed the admins of my filter to see if they can do it.
My filter actually blocked that app

Most computers have an automatic sleep cycle you can set up. Go into your computer settings and search for sleep or auto shut off or something.
