Look into cottage laws for your location as well, it can be illegal to sell many products from home (especially perishable).
For many, the easiest and cheapest option is to rent time from a commercial kitchen, which may already have an established relationship with a kashrus organization.

Many years ago Angel Fund had comercial kitchens with hashgacha to use for nominal fee
I’m not sure if this still exist.
I think the kitchens were close to Brooklyn College
