The glass we want to use later as decorations. And the plate maybe also if it’s pretty. Also where can I find easy to break ones? And covered with plastic.

I think my mother went to a Goodwill type of store for glass and plate for my wedding.

Depending on what kind of decoration.. you might need to buy from the company. For one wedding, I know they got the glass from the place that was going to put it in lucite. If you are going for a particular look, maybe ask the person who already has it.

I was thinking maybe there is a company that makes glasses and plates specifically for wedding. Easy to break and with nice design

I heard theres a company that can redesign the broken glass into a design like a frame or mezuzah.
Anyone have the contact info?

Gary Rosenthal makes stuff.
For custom just Google "wedding glass keepsake" or on etsy
There was one company that did it with lucite things but I don't rmmbr their name. Very 2000 style.

I just saw recently photos someone posted of a mezuza they'd made from the glass for one of their kids' wedding, and it was very simple, kind of like two clear tubes, one for the klaf and one for the broken glass, and they were mounted on a base that was decorated with colored stones, etc. .... it was lovely.
