My baby kept me up half the night and is screaming now. How will I cope when the kids wake up in a half hour?
I can't couny in DH, unfortunately.

Remind yourself of other days when you managed on very little sleep.
Promise yourself to do only the absolute minimum all day
Buy yourself a treat.

You will get by. You may feel like you are in a fog or a daze but that's okay. Try to be easy on yourself of managing the minimum of what you need to do to get the kids out of the house to where they need to go.
I hope you get a little more rest later in the day today. These things happen.

Push yourself to do but only whatever you must like to get kids to school. And as soon as you have the availability go to sleep.
Buy take out for supper or have peanut butter sandwiches.
Let everything that’s not an emergency wait and just go lay down.

ugh it's SO hard but like others are saying you just make it through the day. It will be rough but this time will eventually pass. Is your baby always like this? How old?
