Hardboiled eggs will smell no matter how you pack it. When you open the container and eat the eggs, it'll smell. I get so disgusted by the smell when people eat hard boiled eggs in public.
If you must take along hard boiled eggs, don't peel them before packing. Pack them in a container and peel before eating.

If you open the container outside in the fresh air, the smell shouldn't bother anyone.
Its very annoying to have to start peeling eggs in a park.
Maybe make egg sandwitches instead?

Huh? Peeling eggs is a very simple process. Wash them down with water from a bottle afterwards.
