My neighbors didn’t either they live across from us but I like looking at them
One year our neighbor threw out his x-mas tree in front of our house and I was embarrassed.I don’t know why he did that till today

maybe it was in front of his house, and the wind blew it into your yard?

It was not windy it sat perfectly by my curb untill the garbage men took it away

I mean it could have been windy for a little while and then stopped being windy after it arrived on your lawn.. but I don't know what kind of person your neighbor is. If you know him and this seemed very incongruous then I don't think my explanation is a stretch.

I think the better explanation is there wasn't room by his curb.
