Dip in ketchup mayo, dip in bread crumbs. Bake for about 2 hours, depending on which temp.

You can do it on the stovetop if you want quicker. Layer onion in the bottom of a shallow pot, put in drumsticks, some soy sauce, paprika, back pepper and garlic cloves (with the skin on)
This does taste better in the oven because it gets crispy but is faster on the stovetop

Line a pot with lots of sliced onion. Place drumsticks on top & spice well. Cook till soft. Add water if needed.
If you want fast, broiled is the fastest. Broil for about 7 minutes on each side.
Or you can bread it like shnitzel and fry, also fast.

I just spice with salt, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika. Then pour on a little duck sauce. Bake covered for about an hour and 20 minutes.. check if it needs more time. This always comes out very moist.

You want real easy - just use duck sauce or bone sucking sauce. Either will give you delicious chicken.

I was taught that everything that goes in a pan gets salt and pepper so I alway last add it but if you want to simplify it, it’s not necessary.
