A game of scrabble together
Pottery or ceramics painting together
I like scrapbooking with my kids. Maybe the two of you can put an album of her together . You journal your memories and she do the art and crafting and then she can have it for a keepsake

My 9 year old daughter loves earning the privelage of giving me a pedicure, and painting my toes however she likes. Each toe becomes its own canvas. I doubt anyone in Monsey has toes painted with as many squiggles, dots and glitter as mine Very Happy

Dankbar, I love these ideas!!

My girls have been begging for another phone line but that's an extra $15/month for me...more than I bargained for here!

Definitely going for the special snack, decoration for her room, doing a puzzle with me, and a couple more.

Thanks!!

Oooohhh, she'd probably love to do that! And the polish and pediatric kits are only $1 at Dollar Tree!

Going walking is a good idea. Maybe I'll take her to the gym once.

Going out for supper/pizza/bowling/arcades are jumbo prizes. Over budget for privileges. Very Happy

Paint night for the family

(I spent about $25 on a pack of canvas and acryllic paints in Michael's, and had a paint session with my daughters on the last day of Chanuka...I'm amazed at us! We did a great job, and it was so enjoyable and relaxing!)

This is a great idea! She loves helping me make collages at CVS. Love it!

I have credit at Color Me Mine and a ceramic piece that she hasn't finished yet so I think I'm adding that. We can go to the one in Freehold during her vacation. Thanks for the reminder!

A new keychain for her backpack
add to her favorite collection whatever it is that she is collecting
Points towards a jewelry
Time with grandma
A day off from school
Something she can distribute to her class
Sit & help her create a scrapbook of her baby/camp/school pics
photo shoot
new watch
new towel/slippers/ hoodie/bathrobe
A hair dryer/iron/curler

Oh, she'd love a new keychain. Great idea!

I think I'll offer a free Friday off from school, it's only 2 hours anyway and she can sleep late. That's also a good one.

She collects Snapple cap facts so can't help her there lol.

13 is old enough for caffeine.

She's allergic to dairy, and won't touch soy, almond, or rice milk, hence the juice.

How would you do these scratch tix? I mean, she scratches and...? It won't be written there, will it? If yes, where do you get supplies for this?

I write it on an index card and paste the scratch off label sticker over it. She uses a coin to reveal whatever I wrote underneath. You can buy them on Amazon.
