Anyone sending their 6th grade daughter this year by themselves? My daughter got in but her friend was waitlisted. I’m trying to gauge how important it is to have a buddy when first starting out. If there are a bunch of girls going solo, I’d be more comfortable sending.
Anyone?

My daughter went there for two summers. The second time she went alone and still had a great time. She says people do come alone.
You know your daughter best - is she the type to jump in and make friends easily? Does she want to go alone?

I've sent my girls to camp without knowing anyone and they were totally fine - you need to know your own kid and how they'd be not knowing anyone. I know several girls in my daughter's grade going to Agudah - she's in grade 6 - very sweet girls
