I am almost positive Pasta Factory is C'Y. DH prefers to eat C'Y and we have gone there before. Their food is also great. enjoy!

In teaneck for dairy Pasta Factory is really the best one afaik.

The Pasta Factory is a great resteraunt if you like fish. Most of their menu is fish. If you don't like fish, there is not that much to choose from. Shelly's is pretty ok.

Alot of the pasta dishes had fish in them too. There was only one or two choices without fish.

thanks for all your suggestions:
We tried the following,
motzei Shabbos Shelly's we had pizza and mozzarella sticks delicious
Sunday Brunch: Poppys bagels, omelets and sandwiches
Sunday Dinner: Pasta Factory fish and pasta delicious
all three places where delicious and I would definitely go back again
