I am thinking about moving to Florida. ideally I like Boca for my family but my husband might have a job offer in Miami and I am thinking about looking into closer communities.What is North Miami beach like now? is the crime still high? Is there a community 1/2 hour north that has a nice frum area?
Any advice would be great!

Me too! I just feel bad for my husband commuting every day. Also I heard nmb is more affordable.

Boca is far. That’s going to be a long commute. NMB has a nice community, but it’s gotten expensive over the last few years.
