We've had a week of simchos and my whole schedule is messed up. I've gone to sleep insanely late, eaten a lot of unhealthy food, and haven't exercised the whole week. I have a burning headache and terrible heartburn at the moment.
How can I get back on schedule?

1 day at a time. Drink plenty of water! Go to sleep early tonight. Maybe go on a walk today just to get moving.

It's like jet lag, but without the jet. Just push yourself through for a few days. Make yourself a yummy pot of veggie soup, and some tasty salads.
Drink tons of water, and turn off the computer early. I find I sleep earlier if I put away the electronics and just read a book until I get sleepy. Otherwise I could stay awake almost forever. (Darn you, Netflix!)
It's tempting to eat carbs late in the evening, because they make you sleepy. Don't give in to the craving, because it will just delay you getting back on track with your diet and sleep pattern.
