Hi, asking for my mom
She's looking for something interesting and good that she can order on Amazon.
She has no internet, so no you tube recommendations.
Have you tried something you love?
Thanks Smile

No amazing fitness level
This is the first time she's trying anything of that type
She's not lazy, walks a lot, but didn't do any formal exercise in a while.
She doesn't mind trying a few.
Thanks

Jillians stuff can be a killer. I personally love it, but you've got to be up to it.
Op, this questions is very general - what kind of exercise does she want to do? What fitness level is she on? What is her fitness goal?
Does she want to do cardio, muscle building, kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, zumba etc...

Im also a huge fan of jillian Michaels but they're all pretty intense. Id start off with denise austins dvds. Shes got a sweet personality and you work up a sweat but its not extremely intense which is important when just beginning an exercise program.
Another option would be leslie sansone...some people love her, others find her boring.

Thanks for all the recommendations.
I really can't specifically say what she's looking for, because it's not me, and I don't think she's that clear about it herself.
She wants to move, and enjoy it, she also wanted an instructor with a pleasant personality, good music...
She wants to enjoy the experience, and get some movement.

Denise Austin might be great then. She's nice, easygoing, not too hard or intense...

Jenny ford has step, marching and ground aerobics for over fifty. I love Jenny because she’s real looking and her beginner videos are easy to understand and modifiable. I do the videos solely on you tube although I she also sells DVD. I believe that her routines could also be done on the floor.

I just started doing gin miller’s videos after 3 months of doing Jenny ford and I can keep up so I think Jenny set me up really well.
