Does anyone remember how to make it? It wasn't an official Whisk recipe, but it was mentioned in either Victoria's letter or one of the others. THanks!!

Bisquick is now OU pareve.
It was in Sarah Lasry's column, so I do think it's an official recipe.
I tried it last week and was NOT impressed.
However, here's the recipe. Good luck.
1 c bisquick mix
6-8 chicken legs
4 T melted oil or Crisco
1.5 tsp paprika
0.5 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder (or about that... I don't remember if it was more or less)
salt and pepper to taste
1. Dry chicken legs. Let rest 15 min from fridge
2. Mix bisquick with spices. Divide between two plates.
3. Dip legs into one plate of bisquick, then crisco, then second plate of bisquick (I did not find that there was enough mixture for this).
4. Bake on wire rack for 30 min, then rotate rack and bake for another 30-45 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees.
