I’m not sure I’d be allowed in. I don’t have boys in bloomers or daughters in this seasons matching headbands

You do know that is reason for cps reporting, right?

How can you at all let your kids play ring around the rosie? I heard it originates from bowing down to some idol. (seriously IRL)

The original, as sung in England goes 'ring a ring a roses, a pocketful of posies, atishoo, atishoo, we all fall down' and it comes from the black death (when England had the bubonic plague)

So this was going through my mind yesterday:

DH installed a rain shower head and I truly love it! I was considering sharing with imamothers so if anyone has the option or is currently interested, rain showers is just great!

But then I thought about the replies.....

*Why do you need to boast that your DH does stuff for you
*Be happy you even have a DH
*Oh, and BTW, not everyone has a shower
*and running water
*and can even stand and take a shower

I scratched it. I kept the rain shower all to myself.

Nah nothing of that sort went out brought my mind. I was thinking - showers, why? how often? Confused

I sometimes think that you grew up in my circles. That's how good your sarcasm is.

(You have to know something very well to be able to make a good joke of it)

Sponges are bad for the environment. Just go in the backyard when it rains. Don’t tell me you flush every time you use the toilet too. What kind of world do you want to leave for your children?

That's why I don't wash or use dishes. Just use your fingers and eat out of the container.

What concerns me is that you automatically think a container means plastic. I’m sure she only uses glass or stainless steel. You need to work on being dan lkaf zchus.

I guess you still have glass bottles for your babies.
Oh you don't give bottles. I forgot.
Do you even have babies? They use resources.

Why were you born may I ask? What made your mother think that she has a right?

You resource users ya all!

I grew up in California, during the Great Water Shortage of the late 60's and early 70's.

If it's yellow let it mellow, if it's brown flush it down. This rule has been carved into my brain.

I always have to remember to flush the toilet before company comes over. embarrassed

(Also, only water your garden or lawn at night, or you'll lose a lot of water to evaporation. Drip irrigation only. Sprinklers are for selfish people who hate the environment. )
