Le Marais is a good restaurant. In fact, I may be going there later this week. But its not among the "most exclusive" in NYC.

Mikes Bistro is great. None of these restaurants are exclusive though they are nice.

exclusive implies hard to get into. or reserved for the chosen few. there are no kosher restaurants like that. if you have the money they'll gladly serve you. that said, the most expensive is likely reserve cut.

If you describe something as exclusive, you mean that it is limited to people who have a lot of money or who are privileged, and is therefore not available to everyone.
These restaurants are generally considered to be "exclusive" because of their cost and clientele.

High end and an experience. Sounds like reserve cut is the best. I never heard of bornea

Reserve Cut or Wall Street Grill. Service is much better at Wall Street Grill though in my experience.

I like the food better at UN Plaza, Barnea, and Mikes. Reserve Cut has a nicer ambience. They are all upscale and expensive.
