You could dress her up as prince george (as opposed to princess Charlotte since George has a more distinct look and wardrobe and she's 7 months so I doubt she'll mind).
You could alternatively do a gem, which could be as elaborate as you want or as simple as a shirt with a ruby on it.

Jester was the first thing that came to mind. When I explained what that is my kids thought it was hilarious and perfect for the baby. So that's what we're doing iyh with kings and queens.
