Cottage cheese pancakes- we love them and make a huge batch on Sunday and put in ziplocks. 1/2 cup oats (quick or old fashioned is fine), 3 eggs, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and made like pancakes in a little butter in a nonstick pan. We multiply recipe x 7-9 for 6 days worth of breakfast for 2 people.

Aside from eggs, yogurt, and tuna, what other ingredients do you want to use as a protein? Give me some ideas, and I'll give you some recipes.

Hummus and techina in a pita are full of protein, and you can add bell pepper strips, shredded carrots, and/or bean sprouts to it. This makes a great lunch, too.

I'm a big fan of crustless quiches made in muffin cups (without the paper liner). There's no end to the combination of things you can put in the egg mixture. Any type of veggies and cheeses you want, with just enough egg to hold it together, or heavy on the egg and light on the cheese. To make them crustless, spray non stick spray, and then dust the insides lightly with your choice of flour or finely ground nuts.

I've made breakfast wraps with scrambled eggs, beans, cheese and salsa. Make in bulk, freeze, and microwave in the morning.

If you don't keep cholov yosroel and want a grab & go breakfast there are the rxbars. The kids ones are smaller and have fewer calories depending on what you're looking for.
I have a recipe for pancakes made from oats and egg whites (I can look it up later if you are interested).

Chickpea mash.
Peanut butter protein shake (any protein shake)
I eat a breakfast bowl that has oats, chia seeds, peanut butter, banana, oat milk and nuts mixed together quite often.
Bread with Hummus, Tahini or Avacado (can put these on pancakes as well)

Since you're not vegan, in my prevegan days I used to eat goat cheese blintzes with olives and dill for my breakfast, mac and cheese, or chicken pot pies.

Recipe please!

Is high protein the only requirement? Do you care about sugar or fat amounts? Are you looking for low carb or don't care? (It will be easier to think of ideas for you if we know what you're looking for)

A little butter. Oil doesn’t taste good. Non stick pan is a must though. Adding a packet or two of sugar also makes a big difference in taste and not much added in calories.

Lol it has been a long time. I googled it and Kosher.com has a recipe with beets. Substitute the beets for olives and the rest is similar (thyme, etc.) I used to put in dill as well.
