Looking for a reasonable therapist that can either do phone sessions or a student doing this for an internship or a therapist who charges on a sliding scale. Prefer 5towns location If going to them but if phone sessions or Skype are an option the therapist can be located anyplace.

You’ll do best to contact a clinic like Tikvah or Jewish Board of Family Services, for a sliding scale.

I have a close relative who works as an LMHC at a counseling office in Lynbrook (near 5 Towns). They take insurance and work on a sliding scale. You can PM me for more info- did not want to post more details in case it would be taken as advertising.

Maybe she wants to go for therapy and still be able to afford fashionable clothing? Or a manicure?
Maybe she wants the therapist to help her develop a liking to her own beauty?
