I bought a s13 coat for my teenage daughter a couple of months ago. I was told it was a good brand, coat looks terrible! A lot of the metallic blue faded especially on the sleeves(basically everywhere it was rubbing a little!)
Now it ripped in the back. Forget about wearing 2 years in a row, I'm not even sure it's wearable until the end of the season.
Anyone knows how to reach them? Any advice on how to complain?
(Bought it in Kohl's.)

I don’t know about the coat but a number of years ago I bought Carter’s pajamas (a sleeper) for my then baby at kohl’s. The zipper broke on the pajamas after wearing once or twice. I went to customer service at kohl’s and they gave me a refund.

Take it back where you got it from. Kohl's has great customer service.

I bought the same coat that the blue peeled off and it looked terrible. I returned it to Zappos no problem. Kohl's is amazing with returns! U should for sure bring it back to the store.

I got a navy S13 coat for my daughter as a gift and all the seams are torn and the 'stuffing' is showing out. I don't have a receipt and don't know where it was purchased. really upsetting.
