Please HaShem give me some good advice, and make it clear to me which advice I am hearing is actually good.

Good advice is

1. Advice which is suitable for it's purpose
2. It will solve the problem
3. It is not too difficult or painful to implement
4. It will not have negative ramifications
5. (Probably) I have not already thought of it.

The question itself is to complicated to post here.

But hope the good advice definition is helpful for others.
