Growing up a friend of mine always had amazing cinnamon mandelbroidt in her house pesach. Does anyone have a recipe? Tried and true if possible, gebroks is fine.

My cookbooks are put away but I think I remember the Roosevelt yeshiva cookbook had a really good grebokts recipe. I think it was in the pamphlet they used to send out. But also maybe in the cookbook.
I also have a non gebrokts recipe - while it was very good it was super expensive to make and was way too much work.
