Hey! I’m in Boca Raton and would love to hang out near the water where I can watch peopke waterski, jet ski etc or any other water sport.
Any suggestions??

Go to the beach. You'll see water sports.

Friday morning of Shabbos mevarchim, there is a shacharis minyan at the gazebo on the beach at sunrise. It is attended by both men and women. You can check on the BRS site.
