Anyone has a good recipe for either one? Preferably easy without too many steps.

Duncan Heinz brownies come out great. (I hate their cakes but the brownies are good.)

My coworker taught me a trick: 2 boxes of brownie mix, add in the right amount of water and oil but only 3 eggs total - I.e. double the water and oil but not the eggs. Make in one 9x13.

Comes out super delicious.
