What brands sell corn free bbq sauce? I was using Weber’s but they seem not to make it any more.
It needs to have a reliable hechser doesn’t need to be a heimish brand.

Thanks

Thanks the Stubbs looked like it has corn syrup and corn starch when I googled online.
Do you know if trader joe has any corn in it?

I’d appreciate that. If it is clear of all corn products I’ll make a special trip there to pick some up.

As far as making it’s not my thing but thanks for the recipe.

Are you interested in a 5 ingredient recipe that you just stir in a small pot for 10 min?

Barbecue Sauce

2 cups ketchup (Gefen makes corn free)
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Yield: 2 cups BBQ sauce

I find that pesach bbq sauce is often missing a thickener and is the consistency of salad dressing.

They don't cook it enough until reduced. If you ever tried a heimish brand during the year, it's the same. I like thick BBQ sauce and don't buy the heimish brands.
