Here we go again, folks. Dems, knowing that their candidates don’t stand a chance against Pres. Trump, are preparing for an excuse for when he wins again, and of course will be followed by many more “investigations” and attempts to impeach him by overturning an election.
The NY Times belongs in the trash heap of history. It’s sad that despite all its scandals and exposure of all its lies, it’s still actually read and believed by some gullible brainiacs.

Well, let's hear your facts demonstrating that (I) Russia did not interfere in the 2016 election, and (ii) they are not interfering in the current election.

The Mueller Report, as you well know, found that the Russian government "interfered in the 2016 presidential election in sweeping and systematic fashion" and "violated U.S. criminal law," both through social media and through hacking. Trump, of course, said, "“I will tell you this, Russia: If you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing. I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press.” And, of course, he joked about it with Putin.

https://t.co/wIrHpMzMvn

But I'd like to see real evidence to the contrary. Not just that you really don't like the NY Times, and would like people to dismiss news that doesn't support your political mindset out of hand.

You shouldn't publish anything you want in a news article in a reliable paper just because people can't provide evidence to the contrary. That's not good journalism at all.

Also what does Trump have to do with this. if the US government knows Russia interfered and is doing it again, maybe they should do something about it besides for crying.

Many countries interfere with other countries elections. Including the US. It's not right but it has been done for decades, why are people only concerned now?

Trump " calling" on Putin to find the emails is not interference. I don't see how a whole political party has lost their collective sense of humor so thoroughly.

Since we owe soooooo much hakaras hatov to Trump for being the bestest president in US history, it follows that we also owe the greatest possible hakaras hatov to Putin for elevating him and helping to install him.

What is really so wrong if Putin does interfere to help Trump? He's good for Israel! He's good for the economy!!!

Rolling Laughter Rolling Laughter Rolling Laughter

What does Trump have to do with it? The US government should do something about it.

Oh, honey.

Who did you think was the US government?

The NY Times didn't publish "anything it want[s]." There is a tremendous amount of support for its statements that Russia interfered in the 2016 election, and that it is now interfering in the current election.

Quote:
The intelligence community's top election security official delivered a briefing to lawmakers last week warning them that the intelligence community believes Russia is already taking steps to interfere in the 2020 election with the goal of helping President Donald Trump win, three sources familiar with the matter tell CNN.

Last week's briefing, led by election security official Shelby Pierson and first reported by The New York Times, addressed the overall picture of Russia's efforts, including hacking, weaponizing social media and attacks on election infrastructure, one of the sources said.

The briefers said Russia does favor Trump, but that helping Trump wasn't the only thing they were trying to do as it was also designed to raise questions about the integrity of the elections process, the source added.

Trump became irate in a meeting with outgoing acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire last week for allowing the information about Russia's meddling efforts to be included in the briefing, a White House official said.

If you, or Cheiny, want to challenge that, feel free to provide evidence. Its not enough to say "FAKE NEWS" and "RIDICULOUS" If you want to challenge it with facts, do so.

Well, she's right. The government SHOULD be doing something about it. And we should all be asking ourselves why the Trump-led Justice Department has not. Why the Republican-led Senate has not. (The House was also Republican led for the 2 years immediately following the election.) And why Trump himself has not made it a priority.

Well, we know why. It's because Trump and the Republicans are perfectly happy to accept Russian help to stay in power.

But the poster you quote seems oblivious to the fact that Trump IS the US government. As he keeps reminding us, he's the one with sole authority to decide US government policy and direct all US agencies. If the US government isn't doing something, it's because Trump does not want it to be done.

If Trump spends a million on a building and Russia throws in a couple of dollars, it is
idiotic to say that Russia bought the building for Trump. Trump bought the building on his own.

Fact: Russia spent about $100,000 on facebook ads. That is MINISCULE compared to the
$81 MILLION spent by Trump and Hillary on facebook ads.

Stop the parroting Fake News, Jeanette. Trump won on his own merits.

We're not talking about the fact that persons with Russian passports have invested more than $100 million in Trump properties. (I'm glad that's "a couple of dollars" to you.)

We're not even talking about the fact that although on at least 23 occasions, Trump said either that he had “nothing” to do with Russia, or that he has “no deals,” no investments and no “business” in Russia, it turns out that he was actively pursuing a Russian project though July 2016.

We're talking about the Russians hacking the DNC and Democrats. We're talking about troll farms, whose posts were retweeted by Trump, with hundreds of thousands of followers. Fabricated articles and disinformation. Accounts targeting African Americans with more than 1 million followers.

Are you OK with that?

Of course she's ok with it.

Trump won. That's all that matters.

What makes all this most comical is the fact that liberals still are unable to actually believe that this president wins elections because a huge majority of Americans love him and vote for him. I understand how difficult that is to face...therefore the need to blame Russia. It’s just a few short months until he wins again and you’ll be blaming Russia again. How pathetic.

Won’t it be glorious to see the liberals’ reactions the day after Election Day 2020? Lol. I still remember the crying “journalists” on the fake news media on the night he won the last election. What a beautiful sight to behold.

Except when the immoral one is a Democrat.

Than anyone who cares about morals is a religious fanatic who wants to turn
America into a Theocracy.

I guess all those hundreds of thousands of people, camping out overnight for a chance to
attend a Trump Rally are all Russians.

This paranoid, Obama-chosen failure of an AG, wack job has some other conspiracy theories to point to, as a different excuse for when Pres. Trump will win...

Ex-Obama AG Eric Holder says it is a 'reality' Republicans will 'cheat' in the 2020 elections
