My kids will only eat my meatloaf with a 1:1 ketchup ratio. I thought it better not to offer the recipe.

no exact measurements... but you'll get the gist.
mix the ground meat with:
fried onions
little bit of bread crumbs
1 egg per pound of meat
salt/pepper to taste
spray pan
place long mound in middle of pan.
Make sauce, pour over.
I cover my meat loaf and bake.
SAUCE:
tomato sauce or marinara sauce
chopped onions
chopped (finely/small) red and green pepper
brown sugar
a little bit of lemon juice
REALLY GOOD.
can serve over rice or pasta.

I have the regular s&s cookbook
but
the reason I wanted the pesach one is bc I liked the walnuts in it.I prefer not to have any flour in the meat.I'm trying to do combination eating, even though on shabbos I wont "diet",I would have the left over meatloaf on sunday, which means if it has breadcrumbs I wouldn't eat it.
thanks though for posting the recipe!!I think its the same except for substituting walnuts for the breadcrumbs but I dont know how many to use

Can you sneak your cookbook out for a quick look and copy?

Have you got the actual recipe with quantity for the sauce?

Best meatloaf ever. Seriously. Even meatloaf haters love it.
About 4 lbs ground meat
One onion + 8 oz can of mushrooms (save the liquid) put in a miny food processor till it's a mush.
One cup liquid (mushroom can liquid plus water)
2 cups breadcrumbs
2 eggs
Half a cup ketchup
Spices: onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Parsley, and some opinion soup mix is what I usually put, but you can customize
Bake in either two loaf pans or a 9 x 13 at 350 for about an hour.
Just realized this is the double recipe. You can easily halve it. It freezes VERY well, both raw and baked.

Meatloaf glaze: 1/4 cup ketchup, 1 tbsp dark brown sugar, 1 tsp mustard.
Mix and spoon evenly over meatloaf during last 30 minutes of baking.
