I’m currently seeing Mindy who works for shira at her office. It’s my second time on the plan, lost beautifully the first (saw Devorah), got pregnant went off the plan and ate like a pig so gained tons and now back to dieting and losing beautifully.
I find it to be a very practical plan as it’s fairly high in carbs which is my preferred choice of food in most cases.
