(Flying within US if it makes a difference)
First time I’m flying with a glucometer- would they make an issue to check in lancets in hand luggage?
What about Lysol spray (coronavirus fear ) assuming that’s not allowed?
Flying with different airlines both ways and can’t find info for this for both- but generally speaking- do most/all airlines allow you to check in medical equipment for free?
TIA!

The glucometer and needles should not a problem with TSA. Carry in your hand luggage and mention it to the agents at the scanners. Our doctor gave us a note on letterhead stating the need to travel with our medicine and needles but noone from TSA ever asked to see a letter. (Flying USA Domestic and to Israel)
As for Lysol, you mean spray? I would bring some hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes but not an aerosol.

Can’t help about the first part but Lysol wipes are not an issue to take with and you can buy small travel
Size packs which are great.
