I'm looking to convert a full sheitel into a hat fall (not band fall), and unfortunately have had a bad experience with someone that converted a very good, practically new sheitel into something that can't be worn anymore. So I'm looking for someone professional experienced who can do this, preferably in Jerusalem area, and whose prices are reasonable.
Any leads would be appreciated!
