ok..
I’m trying to lose baby weight right now which is going slow. I have very little time to exercise and so I decided to focus on one part- my hips. I used to love wearing high waisted skirts but now that I’ve got a little extra fat and skin on my hips it makes a big difference. Any one know good exercises that I can do at home without equipment to help me tone my hips? Plz only offer suggestions if they’re tried and true and worked for you

As a general rule, you can't spot reduce fat. You need to lose weight overall (which means a big focus on nutrition) and exercise all parts of your body even for just a 7-10 min a day to start, or break it up into 3 five minute slots throughout the day.
That being said, exercises that work the area you want to work would be things like clams, standing leg raise, side lying leg raise, squats, come up into bridge position on your back and open and close your knees holding yourself up in a bridge, holding a squat position and walking 3 steps to one side then 3 to the other side for a full minute etc. (If you google the first few that I mentioned, you should be able to find pics)
Also its hard but patience is key- you can do it! Be kind and patient with yourself! Good luck!
