Im actually looking for more of a cleaning lady crew that can help with unpacking, (cleaning as well) I know there are organizers, but I think this is stage before that.

I don't think there's such a thing, a cleaning lady crew that helps unpacking.

Some moving companies offer to pack and unpack for you. My friend did it and said it was worth every penny.
