Does your shul have a youth program? If so, what do you like or not like about it? Is a youth program an integral part of shul/community life and chinuch?

My shul has an amazing youth program and it has made my life so good B”H. There is a baby section, a kid section, a 10-12 section, and a teen minyan. Plus events for the holidays. I can bring the kids to shul and then go upstairs to hear the laining and the rabbis speech. I daven shacharis at home because my shul starts very early.

Ours does too. I just responded on another thread that it's so great for the kids to have their own minyanim and groups. And their own kiddush. And if there's a speech during davening, it's given by one of the kids and lasts a minute or two. Not ten.

Thanks for the input. Didn't see this until now.
Any others?
