Well, you know, I come from the south. My grandmother got away with a lot. For example, we didn't eat p'chah. I used that food as a threat for misbehaving children.
But I am thinking that I will make the Aibishter happy if I make both boiled and fried kreplach for Purim.

I do the mitzvah b'hiddur. I brown some ground beef and onions to make the filling. What Yiddishe mentch can resist that? Almost as good as kishka in the cholent for lail shishi. Any guy who trades that for health food simply doesn't know what's good.
