15 ppl, most big eaters
I’m planning to serve
First salmon, big green salad, some small salads, some dips

Second course, cholent with lots of meat, vegetable kugel, chicken fingers, mini beef burekas, and sliced deli white turkey and turkey pastrami
How much of each deli meat

I would do 10-12 slices of each. If there’s leftover they freeze well and can always be repurposed.

But u would skip the beef bourekas. You don’t need so much meat.

I would skip the beef bourekas minimally and add a vegetable... green beans, another leafy salad, broccoli, roasted peppers/mushrooms/eggplant. So much heavy food for my taste

Thanks for all your replies
I’m making a VERYVERY small cholent
The mini burekas and chicken fingers are tiny appetizer size
15 each, so literally 1 per person, but not everyone eats.
The salads will be out throughout the meal

The thing is not everyone eats everything. For example the kids don’t like cholent.

Some are low carbers (like myself) so veggie kugel, salad, and deli meat for us

I think I’ll get 1.5 lbs of deli meat
