What country? In Israel the standard is 100 shekels per person, and 150 is nice to give if they are handling very delicate antiques, or have other difficulties.
It is very appreciated to have individual water bottles chilled and ready to pass out. I put out a plate of cookies, but they wanted to just keep things going and not take breaks.

The moving company will tell you. We were told any where from $60-100 per mover for a 2-3 hour move from a 2bed apartment to a storage locker. If your move is more extensive then you should tip more.

Why tip? The quote is enough.

He’s actually moving from a storage locker to my house.
He said 20 a mover does that make sense? Sounds pretty high!
