Hi - I know everyone has their own budget... but what is a range of a monetary bar mitzvah gift.
It is a nephew- our family is going for shabbos.
Any reference as an amount would be helpful.
TIA

Depending on the crowd, maybe $50-$100.

If she is invited to all the meals that is very little.

We need more details.
When we, a family of 5, went to a bar mitzvah of a nephew, we gave around $200.

We were 5 people, not 10.
We had fewer than 15 nieces/nephews combined.

It really depends on how big the families are, so you can give approx the same to all.

I give the same to all my nephews whether I’m invited for Shabbos and weekday or just one event.
I’m curious if people give more for a wedding gift if they’re also invited to the aufruf or Shabbos Sheva Brachos.

Agreed.

When people invite you to a Shabbos weekend, it's because they want you there. You're giving a gift for the simcha, not for how many meals were eaten.

I'd give $100 for a bar mitzvah, $150 for a wedding.
