Does your dh have the ideal job?Or do you think he could have a better one.
Does he enjoy what he does or is he doing it just for the money?
What for a job do you think is ideal to do in our days?

Time wise the kids don't get to see him as much as he'd like. He works Sunday thru Friday getting home usually at there bedtime.

Since my DS is a little harder to handle than most having a job with better hours or days would be better for me Wink

Moneywise for his backround I.e. education I think it's good.

I think his ideal job would be chef or cook that's what he loves to do.

My husband doesn`t mind his job but the money is not very good for the long hours he works and that upsets him very much.
He would love to work with cars(to customise/modify)but he dosen`t know if there is a market for it .

I think he has an ideal job. He works for the government, so he never has to work more than 40 hours and doesn't have a huge workload. He seems to enjoy the work, it fits his personality.

Good benefits, lots of sick leave, and decent amount of vacation.

Husband's teaching, likes what he does but there isn't enough money in teaching long-term.
but he's in school for a similar field so he'll be branching out a in a few years, but its great short term

we got our own home business and on top of that he work for other ppl in his free time(he didn't have any specific educations) . our business is not very succesfull which bothers dh since he puts a lot of efforts in it he even thinks if it is not better closing it down completly. I think his ideal job would be, having his own business with a shop on the road but becoming very succesfull with it. so we are half way there.

I think an ideal job is doing s/t you absolutely Loooooooove to do and getting paid enough for it to keep a roof over your head, food on the table and clothing on your back without worrying and leaves time to participate in family life.
