Smear one side with mayo and lay pastrami. Roll up, stick in toothpick and smear outside with apricot jam. Roll in packaged crumbs. Spray with oil and bake 30 minutes. Remove toothpick.

What are you using for a wrap? Are you doing gebrokts, or kitniot?

I do it with just duck sauce, no crumbs.

Can you freeze this? Raw or baked?
Thanks.

You can freeze raw but best to put the crumbs on fresh since they don't hold up so well with moisture.
